We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help support the efficient day-to-day functioning of the business by ensuring that operational, facilities, and administrative tasks are executed effectively across all sites. The position combines office-based tasks with active, on-the-ground operational duties. Suitable candidates will have flexible availability to work across all sites with extended hours during sale periods. The ideal candidate will be available for early starts and occasional after-hours when trades, compliance or urgent issues require it. Main Responsibilities General Operations Support Report directly to the Operations Lead and action delegated tasks without needing to be chased Take full ownership of assigned projects from scoping through to delivery, with clear updates back to Operations Assist with project work, research, and follow-ups as required Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements to drive better outcomes across operations Design, document, and implement SOPs that remove friction and make processes repeatable across teams and sites Own operational admin across the function — scheduling, tracking, reporting, data entry, and follow-throughs Support warehouse sale setup, pack-down, and product launches Keep SOPs and checklists up to date Building Management On-ground contact for building and site issues across all locations — access, aircon, bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, cleaning, and general maintenance Maintain a running job list — raised, booked, and closed out properly Maintain contractor contacts and records across all sites Trades & Contractor Management On-site point of contact for all trades and contractors Manage access, escort on site, confirm scope, and sign off on completion Collect quotes when needed and pass to Operations for approval Recurring Services & Compliance Own the forward calendar for all recurring compliance services Book, attend, and track — fire inspections, AFSS, pest control, and any scheduled servicing Keep records up to date across all sites IT & On-Hand Support New starters Set up new starter desks and equipment ahead of their first day Configure computers, ensure access to required systems, and track all allocated assets General support First contact for day-to-day IT and service requests across all sites Basic troubleshooting, device tracking, repairs, and escalation when needed Maintain a stock of essentials for fast swaps Meeting room and shared space tech — screens, audio, connectivity Sale Support On-site early to prepare the floor before the sale starts Confirm equipment, consumables, and pick areas are ready On-ground support during sale days — quick fixes and clear escalation to Operations Full working rights within Australia Can work minimum 38 hours per week Eager to work in a high paced environment High level of accuracy & attention to detail Must be fluent in reading & writing English Energetic & self-motivated Comprehensive computer & excel skills Generous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discounts Stunning office based in Rosebery with an onsite gym Fun and collaborative culture with exciting events througout the year Working with one of Australia's fastest growing fashion companies
