As an Operation Assistant based in Manchester you will be responsible for: Working within the warehouse picking/packing goods Dealing with customer enquiries/orders via email and over the phone and processing their orders Speaking to suppliers to source and get quotes on cost for parts, materials and special order items for customers Assisting the team in all areas of the branch where needed to ensure customer requirements are met Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product advice and recommendations This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00AM-17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required. Responsibilities

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for picking and packing goods in the warehouse, handling customer inquiries and processing orders. You will also assist customers at the trade counter and support the team in various branch areas to meet customer needs.
