Job Summary:
We are seeking two Operations Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate’s will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth running of daily operations. You must have the following experience.

Responsibilities:

• 1x Shift starts at Sun 8am - 5pm Mon- Thurs 12pm - 9pm
• 1x Shift Mon - Fri 12pm-9pm
• Salary between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
• Overtime available on the weekends
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Booking flights with airlines/agents
• Administration duties
• Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS
• Customs software we use is Descartes – Full training to be provided, however experience is desired
• Manifesting and pre-alerting of flights
• Raising T1 documents for road shipments (1 or 2 per day)
• Warehouse duties are limited, on average 1-2 hours max in the warehouse per day (6pm-8pm) with the rest of the team
• No heavy lifting, all shipments weigh less than 32Kgs
• Import SFD and FDE clearances knowledge would be beneficial
• T1/T2 clearances/discharges
• Temporary Admission clearances
• Importation & Exportation of ATA Carnet / Cites goods
• Forklift Licence desirable but not essential
• DG awareness desirable but not essential
• Driving Licence desirable but not essential
