QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of business or other related courses
  • Preferably with work-related experience in the mall or hotel industry
  • Fresh graduates with strong work ethic are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative support and attend to customer/tenant concerns
  • Ensure that all billings from the mall are properly checked and verified before processing
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and process forms/documents
  • Screen calls and inquiries from clients
  • Perform other administrative and operational functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
