Description XS Brokers is recruiting for an Operations Assistant based in the Quincy, Ma office. This person would work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. The Operations Assistant would be the primary backup to the receptionist and provide additional phone support daily. Responsibilities: Answering the phones / general mailbox Opening the mail Risk Clears in afternoon Loss Run Binder Step Policy Number Registers Issuing notices of cancellation/rescission (Backup) Premium Finance Review Notices (Backup) Handle Premium Finance Review (Backup) Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Min 2 years or more of administrative experience or office support experience Strong data entry and document management skills Experience in handling phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Problem solving skills and sound judgment in day-to-day task handling Ability to Communicate effectively in a professional manner on the phone and in emails
