10a-3pm
Client Relations/Meeting Structure and support teams to deliver outstanding client work. Build and maintain strong client relationships; good support-builder. Represent Caramel Rock Nonprofit in industry-group conferences, professional associations, and other public venues. Support thought leadership around specific topics/emerging practice areas. Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications.
Typical responsibilities of the job include: answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. typing, preparing and collating reports.

Main responsibilities of the Secretary

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Liaising with the Chair to plan meetings.
  • Maintaining effective records and administration.
  • Upholding legal requirements.
  • Communication and correspondence

Typical duties would include:

  • answering the phone and passing on messages
  • greeting visitors at reception and issuing name badges
  • typing letters, reports and other documents
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post and emails
  • printing and photocopying
  • keeping clerical and computerised records of pupils and staff
  • producing statistical returns and reports
  • dealing with school meals administration
  • ordering equipment and stationery
  • paying invoices and banking cash
  • being responsible for first aid and the sick room

Qualification

  • NVQ/BTEC Business Admin or equivalent
