As a Team Member in our Fraud Operations team, you will tautoko (support) the business by attending to a range of tasks to ensure that a high quality of service is achieved for BNZ's customers. Processing allocated work within Operations Wellington efficiently and accurately to meet service standards, you will maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy and procedure to ensure customer needs are met. This opportunity also enables you to: Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures and own performance Achieve the accuracy and productivity measures set for the tūranga (role) This is a Wellington based hybrid tūranga with three days in the Wellington office and two where you can work flexibly. It involves, but not limited to: Being proactive by helping others as required Raising process improvement ideas Identifying Risk and escalating Processing of Card Disputed transactions Emailing queries Investigating transactions Deal with adhoc queries Make outbound calls Multi-skilling across all processes within the team and wider Business Unit Creating/Updating process documentation and process maps Raising Process improvement ideas Identifying Risk and escalating What is the team culture and environment like?
