Responsibilities

PURPOSE

The CCS Operations Staff role supports the overall execution of the weekly collectible show by assisting in planning, venue preparation, facility oversight, and sourcing. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains event equipment and inventory, and provides critical support to the operations manager and event team. The Operations Staff member plays a hands-on role in ensuring that each show delivers a seamless experience for attendees, exhibitors, and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION

  • Work closely with the event manager to meticulously plan and execute all aspects of the weekly collectible show.
  • Develop comprehensive event timelines, schedules, and maps to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with organizers, exhibitors, vendors, and venue staff to fulfill logistical requirements and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
