Job Summary: The Operations Associate will work collaboratively across the agency acting as a bridge between Human Resources, IT and Bill Wilson Center programs for positive impact. This position will provide administrative support for Human Resources and Program teams, reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for learning and a flexible outlook which will serve them well in this multi-faceted role. Hands-on training will be provided. This position works Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Human Resources Collaborates with Human Resources and IT consultants to set up new employees during onboarding. Collaborates with IT consultants to deploy laptops to new employees. Coordinates removal of access from different systems during employee offboarding. Collects laptops from exiting employees and provides them to the IT consultants for reimaging and redistribution. Additional duties as assigned. Program Collaborates with IT consultants to assign cellphones/desk phones, tracking phone number assignments and maintaining telephone inventory. Collaborates with IT consultants to provide assistance with hands on troubleshooting, rebooting of equipment and providing access to various worksites. Maintains agency seating plan. Supports supply order and approval process. Supports agency projects by collaborating with teams, completing tasks and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's Degree required with a preference for Business Administration or Information Technology degree fields. Paycom experience is highly preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and behave professionally at all times. High attention to detail and comfort handling large amounts of data. Excellent communication skills while interacting within all levels of the organization. Collaborates with culturally diverse teams with ease. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to balance assignments under pressure and tight deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Use of hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with arms. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, crouch or crawl when interacting with equipment. Work Environment: Most duties will be performed in an administrative setting. This position will, at times, complete duties outside of an administrative setting. This position works Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week. Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
