POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Associate is a key member of Butler Coffee Lab’s team, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Starting part-time, this role is designed to grow into a full-time position with expanded responsibilities, potentially evolving into larger leadership role. The Operations Associate will manage inventory, assist with production workflows, and provide direct support to the Director and Founders.
