Responsibilities Support daily operational tasks to ensure efficient business processes and workflow. Coordinate communication between recruiters, clients, and candidates to facilitate seamless interactions. Assist in the management and updating of candidate and client databases to maintain data accuracy. Help streamline onboarding procedures for new hires and contractors. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements. Generate and analyze reports related to recruiting activities and operational metrics. Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, meetings, and events. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS or CRM systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
