Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases at the counter Process sales transactions accurately using retail point-of-sale systems Provide product information and recommend items based on customer needs Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product inventory Manage retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and stock levels Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organization Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Multitask effectively between sales duties and other store responsibilities as needed Requirements Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Strong communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends if necessary Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
