SUMMARY:

This is an entry level position that reports to the Director of Compensation of Global Retirement Partners, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor, and is responsible for various RIA operational procedures and processes across the firm. Recent college graduates interested in the financial services industry or those with 1-2 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Some Financial Services industry experience preferred but not required
  • Risk assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-driven and able to work well independently in deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Master level knowledge of MS Excel preferred
  • Onsite or hybrid work environment. Must be able to commute to office located in San Rafael, CA
Responsibilities
  • Organization and filing of documents and records
  • Data entry
  • Communicating operational requirements to advisor teams
  • Compensation reporting
  • Editing of client Service Agreements
  • Client facing training on operational processes and procedures
  • Management of online document storage
  • Service Agreement reconciliation and reporting
  • Own and/or support operational projects and initiatives
  • Management of Salesforce CRM
  • Management of Orion Connect
