HYTN Innovations Inc. is a Canadian leader in pharmaceutical-grade cannabinoid manufacturing. Located just outside downtown Kelowna, our GMP-certified facility produces a range of cannabis-based pharmaceutical and recreational products, including beverages, extracts, and dried flower. Our operations are licensed under both a Drug Establishment Licence (DEL) and a suite of Canadian Cannabis Licences, placing HYTN at the forefront of the regulated cannabis industry.
We are currently seeking Operations Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality-driven work, and are looking to build a long-term career in a regulated manufacturing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in cannabis, beverage, pharmaceutical, food, or natural health product manufacturing is preferred
  • Comfortable working across both complex and routine production workflows
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of learning and following strict compliance requirements
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Forklift certification or warehouse experience is considered an asset
  • Willingness to complete a criminal record check, if required

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of production tasks including cannabis packaging, beverage canning, labelling, warehousing, and sanitation
  • Operate within a GMP-compliant environment, following strict SOPs and regulatory protocols
  • Maintain accurate records, including batch documentation, cleaning logs, and inventory movement
  • Assist with the operation and upkeep of production equipment
  • Work collaboratively with Quality, Operations, and Management teams to meet production targets and timelines
  • Support ongoing process improvements and daily production planning
