We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Travel across Manitoba, might be required.

DESCRIPTION

Customer service orientation, exceptional care, meticulous attention to detail, and a high standard of quality. Responsible for all duties necessary to support mainly the technical teams, but also the delivery and warehouse teams. The Operations Associate plays an important role in ensuring the success of our operations within the location.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma preferred;
  • 1 year in similar role;
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract;
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred;
  • Comfortable driving cube truck

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain customer equipment.
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
  • Manage customer orders and deliver products.
  • Assist with the warehouse duties: receiving, unloading, picking, and loading.
  • Install machines at customer locations.
  • Assist as needed with the operations team.
