As an Operations Associate (Melbourne), you’ll be the bridge between our restaurant partners and our cutting-edge payment technology, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Onboarding: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams (enjoy those free meals!), and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.
  • Account Management: Work closely with venues to resolve post-onboarding issues, revisit sites if needed, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Product: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and influence our global product roadmap through insights and feedback
