Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and guest-focused team member to welcome visitors to our leisure facility and provide an exceptional experience. In this role, you will assist guests with information about shows, attractions, and services while ensuring smooth entry and overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Provide accurate information about shows, attractions, facilities, and promotions Manage and maintain queue lines, entrances, exits, and turnstiles Direct guests to attractions and assist with general inquiries Maintain clean, organized, and presentable guest areas Proactively assist guests with concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Manage lost and found and locker areas according to company policy Conduct guest surveys using a company-provided tablet Participate in emergency procedures and evacuation drills if required Maintain awareness of guest safety at all times Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Assist with general operational tasks as required to support the business Requirements Education Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent Preferred Experience Customer service experience Experience handling guest inquiries or complaints Skills Good verbal communication skills Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy environments Additional language skills are an advantage Physically able to stand for long periods and work outdoors Medically fit to work in various weather conditions Why Join Us?
