Prime Health Services is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support several operational departments, ensure data quality, and help maintain a smooth, professional experience for our clients, providers, and internal teams. What You’ll Do As an Operations Associate, you’ll work across several key operational areas, including: Data Integrity Communicate daily with medical provider offices to verify demographics Research information, respond to emails, and update internal databases Route questions to the appropriate internal teams Data Quality Support audits and special projects to ensure accuracy and compliance Review client contracts and partner network data Identify trends and share findings with management Data & Contract Entry Enter provider demographic and reimbursement details Scan, file, and assist with basic reporting Ensure welcome packets and outgoing mail campaigns are completed accurately and on time Panel Building Build and maintain accurate medical provider panels for workers’ compensation clients Log client requests and ensure updates are completed promptly Reception Support Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors Answer main phone lines and route calls Maintain break areas and manage supply ordering Assist with meeting set-ups, mail distribution, and general office tasks Requirements What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of clerical or customer service experience—healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability Why You'll Love Working at PHS Benefits • Medical Insurance (high-deductible plan with HSA) • Dental and Vision Insurance • Company-paid short-term & long-term disability • Company-paid group term life insurance • Generous PTO: 160 hours (4 weeks) annually, with rollover and cash-out options • Fitbit program with monetary rewards • Employee recognition programs • Corporate office amenities including: – Specialty coffee machines – Smoothie bar – Assorted teas – Fruit provided by the company – Collaborative workspaces – Onsite market • Frequent employee events: potlucks, contests, video game tournaments, Mental Health Awareness Month activities, company carnival, and more!
