QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3rd-level business degree
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Pharmaceutical or food industry experience desired, but not essential
  • Proficiency with ERP systems also desired, but again not essential
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Due to continued growth, we are hiring an Operations Associate to support our team across multi-site locations. The function of the role? Essentially, a ‘SCRI-IS driving force’ in supporting the business in all aspects of upcoming work, including sales, as well as supporting team members on various client sites thereby allowing them to deliver exceptional service.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and to gain knowledge of the biopharma industry, one of Ireland’s fastest growing sectors, gaining experience in procurement, health and safety requirements, and administration, all to the high standards of ISO 9001,14001 and 45001.

KEY OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with our technical experts to determine detailed pricing for projects.
  • Generating detailed quotes for a range of projects, whether small tasks or major initiatives.
  • Working with SCRI-IS Engineering Team to confirm job completion status for monthly invoicing
  • Issuing detailed invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy in billing and clarity in services provided.
  • Reporting out on company performance metrics across sales and financials
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and optimise workflows across key business processes.
  • Support the development, roll out and scalability of existing and new services through OpEx and project management
  • Other ad-hoc duties supporting the field service team as required.
