REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Equities or Derivatives in either retail or institutional.
• Corporate Actions (Mandatory / Voluntary) in either stockbroking firms or custodian/banks is a must.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Equities / Options / Mutual funds / Bonds etc.
• An understanding of trade lifecycles and the impact on corporate actions.
• Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (verbal & written) is a must as communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China is necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in MS office suite.

Work Location: In perso

• Manage and resolve corporate actions events (Mandatory / Voluntary) for US / HK / CN / SG markets.
• Manage the daily payments of mutual funds and bonds.
• Oversee and coordinate shares transfers (In / Out).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and adhere to internal procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues / errors / enquiries.
• Participating in UAT, project initiatives, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in existing processes and implement solutions for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide continuous support for process documentation.
• This job will experience a rotation of roles within the Operations team.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
