SUMMARY:

The Operations Assurance Specialist is responsible for the execution and operation of strategies and processes aimed at ensuring Kumon Centers remain in compliance with all provisions of Kumon’s Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual, in addition to Kumon’s processes, policies, procedures and practices. This will entail working on a team whose primary responsibility is ensuring center compliance for the purpose of protecting and elevating the Kumon Brand.
This role requires the candidate to be on the West Coast area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Road Warrior: Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally/nationally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
  • Previous multi-unit service management preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Initiate, perform and coordinate audits of franchised Kumon Centers to ensure compliance with all provisions of Kumon’s Franchise Agreement and Operations Manual, in addition to Kumon’s processes, policies, procedures and practices.
  • Perform the analysis of franchise center reporting to identify actual or potential compliance violations according to the Franchise Agreement (i.e. misreporting of enrollment, etc.)
  • Support the development and drafting of audit procedures to conduct effective and comprehensive compliance audits.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of final audit reports to the Executive Team.
  • Analyze and maintain audit statistics and documentation for review and tracking purposes.
  • Participate in the development of recommended risk mitigation strategies in order to improve processes and strengthen compliance
