Join MJP Electrical as our Operations & Automation Integrator — the systems expert driving automation and efficiency across the business. You’ll connect and streamline our tools (ServiceM8, GoHighLevel, Xero, Wink Reports, Burdi, Dext) to create frictionless workflows, live dashboards, and measurable results. A typical day involves: • Designing and testing automations using n8n or Zapier • Linking operational data from quote to invoice • Building dashboards that show team and partner performance • Supporting teams to use new systems effectively • Collaborating directly with the Founder to deliver ideas into action You’ll help turn MJP’s goal of a fully automated, AI-driven operation into reality. • 3+ years’ experience in operations, data analytics, or systems automation • Skilled in workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms • Experience connecting business tools (ServiceM8, Xero, CRMs, reporting systems) • Strong Excel and data analysis ability — able to clean, interpret, and visualise data • Some understanding of coding or scripting (JavaScript, Python, or VBA) to support custom automation logic • Confident building reports in Power BI or Wink Reports • Exceptional documentation and process-mapping skills • Excellent communication and collaboration in hybrid / remote teams • Thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment — calm under pressure and results-driven • Self-motivated, structured, and able to move ideas from concept to delivery independently Flexible remote or hybrid working — work from anywhere, with regular collaboration sessions at our Bristol HQ. • Project-based pay structure with clear deliverables and performance-linked bonuses. • Opportunity to build recurring work as we roll out national automation projects. • Direct access to and mentorship from Founder, Mark Parry — work side-by-side on high-impact systems that will define the next stage of MJP’s growth. • Freedom to own your outcomes — deliver, invoice, and get rewarded fast. • Long-term potential to transition into a retainer or senior leadership role (Head of Automation) as the platform scales. • Become part of a high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and results are recognised.
