Job Details Job Location: FABco Annex - Rowlett, TX Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $75000.00 - $90000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Any Job Category: Business Development Description Position Summary The Operations Business Analyst supports the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership by providing data-driven insights that improve production efficiency, logistics performance, and overall operational outcomes across FABco’s rebar fabrication and installation divisions. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual with strong Excel and data visualization skills, capable of transforming complex operational data into actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities Collect, structure, and analyze operational data from fabrication, installation, logistics, and project management teams. Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor productivity, cost, and delivery metrics. Prepare recurring reports and ad hoc analyses for the COO and executive leadership team. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within production workflows and field operations. Support forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning processes through data modeling and scenario analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with production managers, logistics coordinators, estimators, and finance partners. Assist in developing and standardizing operating procedures informed by data insights. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or another operations-intensive industry preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex formulas. Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dallas metropolitan area.
