We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to oversee real-time computer vision data labeling operations in Zagreb, Croatia. This role is responsible for defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance and quality metrics, reporting results to stakeholders, and supervising a team performing real-time labeling for computer vision use cases. Your responsibilities: Working hours 15:00-23:00h Define, establish, and continuously improve KPIs for computer vision labeling operations Monitor, analyze, and report on labeling performance, quality, throughput, and accuracy Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of real-time computer vision labeling specialists Ensure labeling quality, consistency, and adherence to computer vision annotation guidelines Prepare and present operational insights and performance reports to stakeholders Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, data science, QA) Maintain operational documentation and workflows using Confluence Track tasks, issues, and progress using Jira Work with online IT systems and annotation tools supporting computer vision workflows Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, analytics, quality management, or a related field Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs Experience supervising or leading teams in operational environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting results to stakeholders Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira Experience working with online IT systems and data or workflow management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with computer vision data annotation (e.g., bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation, keypoints) Familiarity with computer vision datasets, quality metrics, or ML pipelines Experience managing real-time or high-throughput labeling operations Key Competencies Analytical and data-driven mindset Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus Proactive, solution-oriented approach Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Why join us: If you want to work on a project that is a cutting edge of artificial intelligence, gaining invaluable experience in an international company while cooperating with some of the best minds in AI industry, join us!
