Job Description The Operations Clerk III supports daily supply chain and manufacturing operations by coordinating documentation, tracking orders, maintaining records, and assisting with communication between production, warehouse, and administrative teams. This role helps ensure efficient workflow, accurate reporting, and timely processing of operational information. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain operations documentation, production records, and reports. Track orders, inventory, and shipment information in company systems. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support workflow. Enter and verify data for accuracy in operational systems. Assist with scheduling, material tracking, and order status updates. Prepare reports and maintain organized records for operational activities. Communicate with Supervisors regarding operational issues or discrepancies. Support compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or administrative operations preferred. Strong organizational and data entry skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP or inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Additional Information The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.00 - $22.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
