The primary purpose of this position is to transact standard and non-standard work orders ensuring accurate inventory counts on direct materials and finished goods. Perform electronic data collection activities and data entry to ensure material system is accurately maintained. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Performs counts of component parts and assemblies by lot and/or serial number to ensure accurate electronic transactions. Participates in and recommends opportunities for improvement to management related to Oracle inventory issues. Verifies, maintains and accurately enters operations data into Oracle manufacturing application as required. Produces necessary reports from Oracle and communicates findings to appropriate personnel. Maintains inventory and ensures proper documentation practices were followed. Ensure all Oracle Work Order transactions are completed within a reasonable amount of time to maintain the flow of product and support monthly and quarterly month end financials and on time customer shipments. Researches and investigates work order and traveler discrepancies when they prevent transactions from being completed. Performs computer transactions to stock and material transfers with finance approval and partners with cycle count associates on items that are observed to have inaccurate inventory levels. Performs other duties as required. Schedule: 230pm-1030pm Monday-Friday Must train on 1st shift (635am-235pm M-F ) 4-6 weeks Education & Experience: Minimum Education & Experience: Associate’s degree in technical field OR high school graduate or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience in inventory control and/or ERP inventory management systems. Knowledge & Skills: Special Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Special Knowledge: ABC Analysis and Oracle knowledge preferred, but training will be provided if necessary. Knowledge of production processes preferred.
