  • High School Graduate 3-5 years of related field experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations and client Coordinator will serve as the right hand to the Principal Designer, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of both the interior design firm and the showroom. This role combines administrative support, client development, intern coordination, and backend business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Support: Manage company-wide scheduling, emails, and calendars, while providing direct support to the Principal Designer.
  • Client Development: Research and qualify potential clients, maintain outreach lists, assist with proposals and follow-ups, and support partnerships and networking efforts to help bring in new design projects.
  • Internship Support: Assist with onboarding and training interns, oversee task delegation, track deliverables, and help develop educational materials to support their learning experience.
  • Showroom/Business Operations: Assist with inventory organization, e-commerce inventory updates, and coordinate studio rentals.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on newsletters, social content, and client communications.
  • Back-End Systems: Maintain digital filing systems, track project timelines, and assist with billing/documentation.
