**The Reality Check (Read This First):**This is not a sit-behind-the-desk-and-smile role. If you need a strict checklist to follow every day, please do not apply. We need someone who sees the business as their own. One minute you are managing the tailor’s quality checks, the next you are replying to a VIP client on WhatsApp, and the next you are rearranging the showroom for an event. You must be **mentally switched on**—not just physically present.

**What You Will Actually Own:**

- **The Client Journey (Sales & Service):** You are the voice of the brand on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs. You will handle inquiries, convert leads into appointments, and manage the sales calendar. You don't just "take messages"; you problem-solve.- **Quality & Operations:** You are the bridge between Management and the Tailoring team. You will conduct quality control checks—not because you're a tailor, but because you care about what leaves the studio. - **Studio Logistics:** You will navigate appointments, coordinate in-house events (setup, guest flow, catering), and assist on photoshoots (styling, props, keeping the energy high).- **Digital Support:** You will use Canva for quick client moodboards and manage Shopify order updates.

**The "Unfiltered" Requirements:**

- You do not get overwhelmed by juggling. You get *bored* when there is only one thing to do.- You are comfortable giving feedback to tailors and management alike—you are not passive.- Tech-savvy (Shopify, Canva, WhatsApp Business) is non-negotiable.- You take *ownership*. If something looks wrong, you fix it or flag it immediately. You don't wait to be told.
