TORONTO, Ontario - 1Click Heating and Cooling, is one of Canada’s fastest growing providers of heat pumps and electrification services. We currently have an opening on our high performance Operations team for an Operations Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle scheduling, coordination of install, and appointment management.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (both physical and digital).
  • Process and track orders, shipments, or invoices as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent and clear communication skills over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with administrative tasks, data entry, or office management is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in record keeping.
  • Knowledge of basic financial or operational processes is a plus.
  • Technically proficient with technology (Navigation of a CRM/ERP)
