Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are now recruiting Operations Co-Ordinator work within our Operations Team. Working hours are 08:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Raise and administrate orders for all building rentals and sales. Ensure the timely approval, payment, and accurate system input.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate setting up of unit servicing as well as the cancellation as appropriate.
  • Support the process associated with the purchasing of portable buildings, including market research, pricing, negotiation, terms of business and payments.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process associated with the hiring out of portable buildings including the customer service, quoting, terms of business and contracts.
  • Book the transportation and delivery of hire with sub-contractors, in line with business and customer requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee and administrate the process associated with Self Storage ensuring the customer journey is smooth as well as creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an effective service and repeat custom.
  • Act as point of contact for third parties, meeting and greeting customers, advising on questions, and queries, generating and administering paperwork and documentation.
