Essential Criteria

  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office package, intermediate/advanced Excel (e.g. VLookUp, CountIf formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experienced in a similar Co-Ordinator role or similar working environment, used to high volume task orientated roles.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This role is in the Partner Finance division within the Partner Finance Operations team. The Partner Finance Operations team is around 20 individuals across 4 sub teams. This role reports into the Operations SME working closely with Co-Ordinator’s and SMEs within the team.
The main purpose of the job is to provide expert advice and guidance to the FMT & Partnership on all aspects of Partner Finance Operations processes and any related matters. Whilst supporting the Operations SME’s in assessing and processing requests received, ensuring cases are appropriately prioritized and they’re acknowledged.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • To be accountable for executing a range of Operations requests. These will include SJP commutations, Assignments, and client servicing agreements. Ensuring that all parties are aware of next steps and progress.
  • To support the operations SME’s (subject matter experts) with the co-ordination of documents required and executing complex transfers following the completion of the transactions.
  • To adopt a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring that any identified process gaps result in an enhanced quality control framework.
