Key Responsibilities: * Extract and analyze operational data from various systems and sources. * Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to monitor KPIs. * Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization to various business partners. * Communication and distribution to various business partners * Deliver actionable insights to management to support both tactical and strategic decisions. * Partner with operations, finance, sales, and IT teams to align data-driven solutions with business goals. * Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports/presentations for stakeholders. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and databases. * Support automation initiatives and contribute to system/reporting enhancements. * Track and assess the impact of operational initiatives.   Qualification and Experience: * 3-5 years' experience in a data, operations, or business analyst role (industry experience advantageous). * Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Microsoft Presentation skills. * Experience withsualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).   Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Team-oriented yet able to work independently. * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of reports and analyses.   Behaviours: * Ensures Accountability - takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets * Manages Complexity - interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems * Plans and Aligns - develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectives * Directs work - effectively plans, organises and directs the activities of individuals or teams to achieve desired outcomes * Optimizes Work Processes - assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes       Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
