About the Role As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our business connected, organised and operating efficiently. Sitting within the Operations team, you will support the smooth running of our Community, Health Club and Hospitality businesses by coordinating systems, processes and internal support that enable our teams to perform at their best. This role acts as a central point of connection across the business, helping teams navigate systems, resolve operational challenges and access the information and resources they need to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will work closely with leaders across the business to drive consistency, improve ways of working and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the business. Collaborate with leaders across Community, Health Club and Hospitality to identify and resolve operational challenges. Support the coordination and delivery of operational projects and business initiatives. Conduct research into new products, services and technologies and present recommendations in a clear and practical way. Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests, ensuring issues are actioned efficiently and communicated appropriately. Support front-of-house teams during periods of leave or increased operational demand. Conduct regular operational audits and reviews to ensure consistency, compliance and high standards across the business. Systems & Internal Support Act as the first point of contact for internal support requests, triaging and resolving issues or escalating where required. Support the onboarding and offboarding of team members across business systems, ensuring user access and permissions are accurate and up to date. Maintain data integrity across systems and support ongoing system administration. Assist with the implementation, testing and optimisation of new systems and technology solutions. Develop and maintain systems training resources and support the delivery of training initiatives. Monitor support trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, knowledge sharing and team capability. Process & Documentation Own and maintain the internal documentation library, ensuring procedures and resources are accurate, current and easy to navigate. Create and update process documentation, guides and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes and workflows. Coordinate meeting notes and action tracking to ensure accountability and follow-through across key initiatives. About You You are highly organised, naturally curious and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and take a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes. You are equally comfortable supporting day-to-day operations, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an operations, coordination, administration or business support role. Experience working across multiple systems and technology platforms. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-moving environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable working independently while building strong relationships across teams. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in hospitality, health and wellness, retail or member-focused businesses will be highly regarded.
