Position: Operations & Community Outreach Manager Location: Las Vegas, NV Company: Medi‑Weightloss of Spring Valley Overview Medi‑Weightloss of Spring Valley seeks a Medical Operations & Community Outreach Manager to oversee clinic operations while leading physician outreach and grassroots marketing initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence, drives referral growth, and strengthens the clinic’s presence within the Las Vegas community. Key Responsibilities Community & Grassroots Marketing • Build strong local visibility through partnerships with community organizations, wellness groups, fitness centers, and small businesses. • Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, professional gatherings, and outreach activities. • Execute grassroots marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition. Physician Outreach • Conduct in‑person visits to primary care, OB‑GYN, cardiology, endocrinology, bariatrics, and other key specialties. • Develop and maintain productive relationships with physicians and practice staff. • Provide educational presentations and ensure offices are equipped with updated referral materials. • Track outreach activity and monitor referral patterns to ensure sustained engagement. Clinic Operations & Management • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and EMR accuracy. • Lead and support administrative and clinical staff to maintain a high‑performing team environment. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. • Manage inventory, financial processes, patient engagement initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. • Support lead conversion by guiding prospective patients through the intake and scheduling process. Success Indicators (3–6 Months) • Establish 10–20 active referring practices with consistent engagement. • Drive predictable referral growth through community and provider relationships. • Strengthen patient acquisition and retention through effective operational leadership. Qualifications Required • 3+ years in medical sales, practice management, physician liaison work, or community outreach. • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and meet performance goals. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a mixed field/in‑clinic schedule. Preferred • Experience in metabolic health, wellness, or weight management. • Existing local relationships within the Las Vegas medical or wellness community. • Background in grassroots or field‑based marketing.
