KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee compliance requirements across multiple companies (aviation, real estate, and mortgage brokerage).
  • Act as the primary point of contact and support for private jet pilots, ensuring scheduling, communication, and operational needs are met.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks to keep all businesses running efficiently.
  • Coordinate and track charter jet operations and reporting.
  • Assist with real estate management and related compliance tasks.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the mortgage brokerage business.
  • Provide executive support and problem-solving across business areas.
