Description

We are a UK eCommerce business (tradewarehouse.co.uk) looking for an operations executive to join our small friendly team in West Ealing (on the Elizabeth Line). This person should have a history working in customer service.
They will be responsible for ensuring the order management process runs smoothly each month. This is a dynamic role which requires good organisation and communication skills. This is a contractor role, ideal for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving and improving systems. For the right person, there is the opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time employee role as our business continues to grow.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Confident making and receiving phone calls
  • Good writing & organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail (e.g. noticing any price discrepancies etc)
  • Be able to work quickly using the computer and switch between tasks
  • At least 3 years of customer service skills in an office based role
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and other web applications.

NON ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • HubSpot experience
  • QuickBooks experience
    Please note you will be required to commute to the office Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00. Parking is a short walk (approx. 5 mins from the office through the park).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Processing of our online orders
  • Editing and checking online orders before they are sent
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers (by phone & email) to resolve order issues
  • Maintaining an online ticket system (HubSpot) to track order issues
  • Adding invoices to QuickBooks and checking against our purchase orders
  • Occasionally supporting with the packaging and dispatch of samples.
