Measurable operational improvements within sorting centers, with clear accountability for reducing classification errors, improving parcel flow reliability, and supporting stable end-to-end logistics performance. Responsibilities are execution-oriented and outcome-driven. Identifying process gaps, leading corrective actions, and tracking the impact of improvements through operational performance indicators. All responsibilities are directly linked to sorting center performance and logistics reliability. Increase Long Tail Orders by +0.15% reducing the last gap between as is and to be. The role is designed to adapt to network expansion, new sorting center openings, and changes in operational scope, while maintaining continuous improvement ownership across evolving logistics structures Must Have: ꔷ Act as the main point of reference for continuous improvement in sorting centers. ꔷ Drive initiatives to reduce classification errors and parcel flow issues. ꔷ Support optimization of the Canary Islands sorting center. ꔷ Support the launch of new sorting centers in Barcelona and Portugal. Good-to-have: ꔷ Experience supporting new site launches. ꔷ Experience in complex or geographically constrained operations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience + Master Degree on Project Management Process improvement, operational analysis, root cause problem solving, logistic end to end knowlege [1st Mille-SC-LH-LM-Reverse] 5+ years of experience in logistics or sorting center operations & Professional working proficiency in English. Strong ownership, structured communication, ability to influence.
