This role supports plant performance through month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control, while partnering closely with operations and supply chain teams to drive efficiency, cost savings, and KPI performance. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close (journal entries, accruals, inventory reserves) with accurate and timely reporting Analyze production, costs, and variances against budget/forecast Deliver financial reporting and performance insights for manufacturing and supply chain Monitor KPIs (yield, waste, cost savings) and recommend improvements Support operational decision-making with financial analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives Evaluate capital projects through ROI analysis Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards Support year-end audits and documentation Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes Travel up to 25% as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5–7 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (Ross a plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
