JOB CONTEXT

Servest (Pty) Ltd, a Leading Facilities Management Company has a challenging opportunity for Operations Controller - Scheduler reporting to the Operations Director to be based at their Waterfall Offices. The position is for their Cleaning Division.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Administration Diploma at NQF 5 or 3-year Operational Administration experience.
Time & attendance experience will be an advantage.
Computer Literacy (Word; Excel; PowerPoint & Outlook) imperative.
Accpac (Sage) Literacy imperative.
Good English communication skills - Written and Verbal.
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be open to flexible hours as & when required.
Consideration for this position requires a credit check.

Responsibilities:

Verify accuracy of daily Time and Attendance records for Permanent and Temporary employees.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to Time and Attendance records, such as missing clocking, incorrect data entry, or employee disputes.
Generate regular reports on employee attendance, hours worked and costs for management or payroll purposes.
Verify accuracy of clocking records, resolving queries and obtaining approval from management for adjustments on the Management System (Honeycomb).
Maintain the accuracy of employee, shift, cost centre other required fields in the Time and Attendance system.
Ensure accuracy of all integrated records between the Time and Attendance and financial systems, with the support of Payroll and IT.
Ensure the accurate and timeous enrolment and termination of employees on the Time and Attendance system.
Liaise with the Time and Attendance vendor (PRP) and IT to investigate and resolve any system irregularities or implement improvements.
Provide training and support to employees and management on the Time and Attendance system, devices, policies, & procedures.
Assist employees, & management to investigate and resolve enquiries or concerns related to Time and Attendance system and/or process.
Liaise with Operations, Payroll, HR to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding time and attendance matters
