We are seeking an Operations Controls Data Manager to join our team. In this role you will provide critical administrative and analytical support across Operations Controls, Safety, and Fleet functions. This role serves as a key liaison between departments, driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence through comprehensive reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The Role Compile, analyze, and maintain operational performance metrics and KPIs across business lines Develop and maintain dashboards tracking operational efficiency, productivity, and cost metrics Monitor compliance with operational policies, procedures, and control standards Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on operational performance Track budget variance and process improvement initiatives Maintain documentation of SOPs and control frameworks Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting processes Collect and maintain safety data and repositories, ensuring data integrity Track training compliance across all entities and business lines Collaborate with department leaders to develop and maintain safety dashboards Generate driver performance reports in coordination with Fleet Provide data breakdown by Global, Entity, Business Line (C, D, F, W), Market/Customer, and Crew level Track and report weekly Fleet R&M expenses Prepare weekly PowerPoint presentations on fleet performance and costs Work with fleet department to automate utilization reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) Monitor budget vs. actual expenditures and identify variance trends Other duties as assigned Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or administrative management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred) Experience with HSI, Penguin, or similar operational/safety management systems (preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and strong PowerPoint skills Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), including data mining and database management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally Prolonged computer and screen use for data analysis, reporting, and virtual meetings Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform typing/data entry Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally Visual acuity sufficient for extended computer and document review Ability to travel up to 25% annually for meetings or training Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility to meet deadlines and collaborate across time zones Quiet, dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
