Plantagenta, a fast-growing landscaping company based in London, is seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to manage our ground teams and streamline workflows. This hybrid role focuses on coordinating our two vibrant teams, handling deliveries, generating quotes, and ensuring seamless customer follow-ups. With 40 hours per week (flexible within reason), this position offers significant growth potential in a thriving business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in generating quotes and proposals
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate remote teams and clients.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with flexible hours
  • ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Suite, Xero, Manychat) is a plus but not required, training provided.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proactive attitude with a passion for growth in a fast-paced setting.

  • ⁠ ⁠Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, managing leads and conducting follow-ups to maintain satisfaction.
  • ⁠ ⁠Team Coordination: Coordinate two ground teams based on incoming jobs ensuring efficient task allocation.
  • ⁠ ⁠Workflow Management: Utilise the Google Suite to track appointments, prevent conflicts, and send WhatsApp confirmations.
