What You'll Do:

  • Lead regional operations across Australia, Korea, Japan, and China, with potential to expand into additional markets
  • Manage and support Service Centers and regional partners, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, and local regulations
  • Monitor supplier and partner performance through KPIs and QBRs, coordinating CAPA and escalation resolution where needed
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding activities, including order management, customs brokerage, reverse logistics, and cost optimisation
  • Act as a second-level escalation point for daily operations and Control Tower issues, assessing situations and coordinating appropriate solutions
  • Build, onboard, and support Service Centers, partners, suppliers, and new team members, including the creation and maintenance of operational SOPs and work instructions
  • Maintain accurate operational data and support billing, MRO activities, quality checks, damage assessments, and regional stock allocation
  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Account Management, Procurement, and other teams on customer requirements, RFQs/RFPs, process improvements, new destination setups, Service Center launches, claims, and regional initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination, ideally within pharmaceutical logistics or another regulated environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and geographical locations
  • Experience working with suppliers, partners, Service Centers, or other operational stakeholders, with an understanding of KPIs, processes, and quality requirements
  • A structured and adaptable approach, with the ability to assess situations, prioritise effectively, and make sound decisions in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and locations
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

If you don't meet every requirement but bring relevant experience, we'd still like to hear from you.
