Update company planning and merchandising documents: Buy Plan, Landing Doc, Masterdata. Monitor operational lead times, stock accuracy, fulfillment rates, returns. Experience in furniture, retail, or consumer goods industries is highly desirable. 2-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with reporting and data analysis. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and vendor-management abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in inventory management systems (Shopify Plus). Problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset.
