JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage all bookings and make sure all assigned top concerned department (Advisors, Car wash etc.) on time.
• Follow-up the customers on appointments and in any delay for rescheduling as well.
• Make sure all Car Wash are verified in CRM
• Handle Car Wash Complaints
