Description
Company Description We’re Ace & Tate – and yes, we make glasses. But more than that, we make working here worth your while. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, 40 hours per week. What our Operations Coordinators do: Own customer orders once they reach our lens production partner, ensuring accuracy, speed, and smooth delivery. Solve order issues by handling exceptions, shortages, delays, and shipping challenges before they escalate. Coordinate production by aligning closely with our lens partner on planning, quality, and delivery deadlines. Manage logistics by overseeing shipments and optimising routes, lead times, and costs. Drive improvements by managing RFCs and optimisation projects such as new lens offerings and replenishments. Build strong partnerships with our lens supplier and production partner to improve performance and efficiency. Track key KPIs and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. What we’re looking for A degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in operations or supply chain coordination. Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Comfort working with ERP or order management systems. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. Experience with lens production or consumer goods is a plus. What we offer... A competitive salary, if needed we can offer visa sponsorship. A flexible hybrid work environment. 25 holidays per year (based on full time) plus additional tenure-based days (2 extra days after 1 year of work, and 3 days extra after 2 years of employment). Company pension plan. Travel reimbursement if you live more than 10kms from our HQ. Wellbeing: a collab with ClassPass and free access to unlimited mental health support via our partner OpenUp. Continuous free updates of your eyewear collection plus great discounts! Daily nutritious lunch and healthy snacks. Participation in events planned by our CultureClub (e.g. Borrel XXL, &talks, holiday gifting, ...). Site: HQAMS01
