The LinkUs team is searching for an Operations Coordinator to join our Fleet team and be part of our growth. Location: Office or Hybrid Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Receive and process fleet-related mail (scan, email, file, ship as needed). Run internal reports using Tableau, Holman, Azuga, and Pixsys. Assist with fleet service requests (POs, vendor coordination, pricing, scheduling). Help maintain the fleet tracker, including monthly audits and service schedules. DMV tasks (paperwork, website processing, or in-person visits). Support Amazon and supply ordering for offices. Review, process, and distribute PO requests. Send safety survey information to technicians and FSMs. Assist with insurance, registration, fuel cards, auto claims, and damage reports. Provide backup support for other Fleet staff as needed. Other duties as assigned by Fleet leadership. Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Strong data entry and organizational skills Fleet management/coordinator experience preferred, but not required Willingness and ability to learn new systems Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Independent worker with a self-starter, “can-do” attitude Ability to adapt between office-based and field technician/fleet support as needed DBS
Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator will receive and process fleet-related mail, run internal reports, and assist with fleet service requests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the fleet tracker and supporting DMV tasks.
