Learning Resources Ltd. was founded in Kings Lynn, Norfolk in 1994 to serve the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian Markets.

TEAM & POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the Amazon Operations Coordinator, you will work as part of a collaborative Amazon team, ensuring seamless operational execution and compliance with Amazon’s requirements for Learning Resources within the UK and EU markets. Reporting to the Head of Amazon you will manage and oversee daily operations using Amazon’s Vendor Central platform & Microsoft D365. These include processing orders timely and accurately, proactively managing chargeback disputes, maintaining strong communication/relationships with our Amazon Brand Specialist and our 3PL warehouse, analysing operational data to identify and resolve issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise performance and compliance with Amazon’s policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS/IDEAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using Microsoft Excel.D365 & Power BI training will be provided. Ability to analyse trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Supply chain knowledge: Basic foundational knowledge of how the supply chain works, full training will be provided.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: With experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail required. For example, when processing orders, and reporting performance and measures.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented: A focus on achieving measurable results, with a track record of meeting or exceeding operational goals and KPIs.
  • Experience working with Amazon is ideal but not required.
