APT are looking to appoint a dynamic operations coordinator to join our successful business based in Bury. Door knowledge is preferable but not essential. An eagerness to learn is essential.

The job role will involve:

  • Facilitating the planning of reactive call outs and planned works daily
  • Scheduling and reporting on works
  • Coordinating quoted works
  • Liaising with the engineers and supporting onsite requirements
  • Liaising with customers, always providing an excellent service and up to date information
  • Supporting customers with concerns or queries
  • Supporting general administration duties
  • Bringing new ideas to the business
  • Any additional duties as required by the directors
