POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, with a focus on data management, process optimization, and office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational efficiency, organization, and collaboration to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role, with a focus on administrative duties, data management, and process optimization.
  • Experience in office management to oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including facility management, resource allocation, and equipment upkeep.
  • Experience in data management and CRM systems: Strong ability to manage, track, and interpret data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and usability of information for reporting and decision-making.
  • Project Management experience is a plus, as the role requires managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Support the Operations Manager to organize, track, and manage key data for the organization, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Regularly update and maintain operational databases.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with the operations team to streamline internal processes, enhance workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements to maximize productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the team has the necessary resources for smooth daily operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and preparing necessary documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support various teams across the organization to ensure alignment in operational goals and help foster effective communication between departments.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support the Operations Manager to compile and analyze operational data to generate reports for leadership, helping to inform strategic decision-making and support operational planning.
