Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee and support the day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, manage administrative tasks, and support the operational efficiency of the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, in oil and gas industry or similar products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Canva, scheduling tools, or CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily correspondence including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate with service providers for maintenance.
  • Coordinate and follow up on daily tasks and inter-departmental activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications for management.
  • Support basic content creation (images, captions, updates) for the company’s social media platforms.
  • Schedule and post content regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other relevant channels.
